Light Breakfast & Vendor Mingling

Yes — the Inner Temple Day Retreat happens every month. Each gathering has its own theme and vendor lineup, so every retreat is a unique experience. The next date is August 29, 2026. Subscribe to our list to be notified when new dates open.
If all 12 spots are filled, you can join our waitlist. We'll reach out immediately if a spot opens — cancellations do happen. You'll also be added to early-access notifications for the following month's date.
Wear comfortable, layered clothing — you'll be moving, meditating, and sitting for extended periods. Bring a journal, a pen, a water bottle, and an open heart. Everything else is provided, including your workbook, meals, and materials for the day's activities.
Your investment covers the full day experience: welcome ceremony, group Reiki activation, light breakfast, catered lunch, all workshops (grounding, shielding, affirmation circle), guided meditations, affirmation workbook, and the closing integration ceremony. Nothing is withheld behind an upsell.
Cancellations made 14+ days before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations 7–13 days prior receive a 50% refund or full credit toward a future retreat. Within 7 days, we offer a credit transfer only. Reach out to us directly if you have an emergency — we handle circumstances with care. For appointment changes or day-of issues (running late, etc.), call 713-416-5396.
Absolutely not. The Inner Temple Day Retreat is designed to welcome everyone — whether you are brand new to spiritual wellness or a seasoned practitioner. All sessions are facilitated to meet you exactly where you are.
Venue details are shared with registered guests via email confirmation. We select intimate, sacred venues that support the energy of the day. Location details will be in your booking confirmation.
